Rates: Standard Services are $35 an hour (one hour minimum).  Charges begin at the time of arrival at the client’s home or business or errand location. IRS rate of $.56 per mile will be charged after 5 miles of travel. Household cleaning and bookkeeping fees and services that require less than an hour (e.g. dog walking) are not part of the standard services and different rates apply. Please call to request a quote for these services. Event planning rates depend on size of function and size of staff needed, please call for quotes. Client is responsible for all vendor and third party charges. Cost of merchandise, e.g. cost of groceries, are the responsibility of the client. Funds for goods to be purchased must be provided to errand concierge beforehand. Errands involving items that cannot be easily carried, or which require special modes of transport will be quoted on an individual basis. Payment: All services are to be paid in full at time of completion. We accept cash or checks. A $36 fee will be charged for each returned check. Policies: Our normal business hours are from 9:00 – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday. If services are requested for after hours or on weekends, additional charges may apply. Requests for Service: Please give 24 hours notice in order to prepare schedules and to ensure that we will take care of your errands in a timely manner. Same day service requests will be considered as schedule permits. Cancellation of Service must be made at least 24 hours prior to errand time, otherwise a $25 fee will be charged. Minding the Manor holds the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees.
